"Todays Mellow Yellow Monday is all flowers I have been able to capture this last week. I realize most of you have been able to post flowers for awhile now, but where I live it is just now starting to happen."

Today for Mellow Yellow Monday are some flowers that came up in our backyard, finally!
I love the deep violet and the yellow. I always have thought these kinds of flowers were pretty
In the stash
On the night before Friday, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse.
The flag was brought in and the lights were turned off in hopes that myself may get a good night of slumber.
When out on the utility porch I heard such a clatter. I JUMPED out of my bed to see what was the matter. I grabbed my camera, and put it on flash when I turned the corner to see"Buick" eating some stash!
Seriously tho' he was making such noise I really expected to see a raccoon or something BIG. That is why I grabbed my camera. Little did I know I would find my own dog having a midnight snack!

I walked down the road today to a park to let my dog run. I was hoping I would get some pictures for Skywatch Friday as one helluva thunder and lightning storm was rolling in.
I was able to get a few and I am pretty happy with them.
Ya know the only thing about pictures like this for me is it is impossible to capture the vastness of the whole thing, ya know?

Skywatch Friday
I love Skywatch Fridays meme. It has so many participants with sooo many fabulous pictures, it can be a bit overwhelming. I mean that in a good way. There's just sooo many
wonderful pictures out there, it's hard to even begin to comment on all the great photography.
Today however I was out getting my daily picture for another blog of mine when I looked up and saw these massive clouds blowing in. I decided to take a couple of pics and when I got home I was sort of stunned when I saw the one I am posting here. So I thought I would join in this week just to share what I thought was sort of a trippy picture. I have the original and then I cropped it twice more.
Does anyone else see an eyeball? LOL!!!

Mellow Yellow Mondays and spring
I have been gone a couple weeks trying to visit my father, children and grandchildren, so I've not been a part of Mellow Yellow Monday's in a couple weeks. Southern Ca. is where I went and of course spring has sprung down there, but I am soooo happy to announce that today and earlier this week I can say I saw spring, (right here at home) and in what I saw were some of my favorite hobbies/pastimes.

How about another SMILE this morning? I thought I would show you some more from yesterdays post. Why do it all in one day when I perhaps can make someone smile for 2 days in a row. I sure hope I am able too.
